A three-storey building for reconstruction in the old town of Cēsis. Year of construction: 1880. Brick walls, wooden floor structures. The building and its territory have an approved reconstruction project. After reconstruction, the total area of the building will increase from 551 sqm to 765 sqm. The project envisions 6 apartments with an average area of about 90 sqm, as well as an event space in the basement and an outdoor event pavilion in the garden. Architectural and artistic research has already been carried out, and extensive demolition works have been completed, removing damaged internal structures while preserving the historical elements. An energy-efficiency project with renewable energy sources has also been developed, including an air heat pump and solar panels. There is an option to connect apartments (hidden doors and stairs) if larger units are desired. Event space in the vaulted basement (with increased ceiling height of 3.1 m). Outdoor event space (pavilion) 81.3 sqm.
